Halo Water Proofing is a GA-licensed Crawl Space Encapsulation company that treats every Brookhaven job like it's the only one on the schedule.
Every Brookhaven technician we send is background-checked and trained on the exact equipment we install — not a subcontractor picked up for the day.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old Brookhaven homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.
Talk to a real Brookhaven technician today, not an automated queue. We'll explain what's going on and get you scheduled.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Water problems build slowly before they become emergencies. These are the clues our Brookhaven crews hear about most.
If the basement smells damp no matter the season, water is likely finding a way in somewhere you can't see.
Small cracks in a Brookhaven foundation rarely stay small — seasonal ground movement tends to widen them over time.
Efflorescence is a reliable early sign that water is moving through your Brookhaven foundation wall right now.
If your pump only shuts off for a few minutes at a time, it's worth having it checked before it fails outright.
A wall that's starting to bow is a structural issue on top of a water issue — this jumps to the front of our Brookhaven schedule.
Peeling paint near the floor upstairs is one of the last signs Brookhaven homeowners connect to a basement problem.
No two Brookhaven basements are the same — soil type, age of the home, water table. We match the fix to your actual problem.
When water shows up fast, we move fast — extraction, drying equipment, and a plan to stop it from happening again.
